Elijah is a 2 times CrossFit Games athlete, an experienced weightlifting coach, has a CrossFit L2 certificate and is CrossFit weightlifting certified. He has developed the expertise to help athletes of all levels improve their form, increase their strength and reduce the risk of injury.
He is bringing his 5 hour seminar to us on June 1st from 10-3. This comprehensive seminar is designed to help athletes master the basics of weightlifting. He will teach squat mechanics, clean and jerk, and snatch. He will provide practical tips and techniques to help overcome common challenges so athletes can reach their fitness goals.

We have 45 minute classes in the mornings to help fit time constraints. We also offer late morning and numerous evening classes to help fit your busy schedules.
